The next round of funding for the SSE Thermal Aldbrough Community Investment Fund is now open – Aldbrough Community Fund | SSE Thermal
They have £25k available each year for community projects (recommended between £4-6k per project) with energy efficiency and biodiversity as priority themes. You don’t need to be a registered charity to apply but the organisation must have a constitution.
The funding window is open until June and there will be another round in Autumn. There is also an Atwick Community Investment Fund that will re-open in Autumn too.
Applications are prioritised by proximity to the area (Aldbrough or Atwick), however, in previous rounds funding has been granted in places further away such as Withernsea and Hornsea.
